About costs and contracts

The recruitment fee is very low at 100,000 yen, but will there be any additional costs later?

The recruitment fee is 100,000 yen (excluding tax) only once.
There are no other initial fees to pay to us.
However, actual fees for the administrative scrivener involved in applying for residence status will be required separately.

Please tell me more about the “number of people discount” for support outsourcing fees.

The basic support fee is 15,000 yen (excluding tax) per month, but a discount is applied when supporting multiple people at the same office.
The exact amount will vary depending on the number of people, so we will provide you with a quote.

About human resources and industry

What nationality can you introduce me to?

From among the 30,000 registered temporary staff, we can introduce you to multinational human resources such as Nepal, Vietnam, Indonesia, the Philippines, and Myanmar.
We are especially strong in partnering with local schools in South Asia (Nepal, etc.).

Is it possible to hire for jobs other than restaurant and construction?

It’s possible. We cover a wide range of industries including food and beverage manufacturing, accommodation, nursing care, and distribution warehouses.

About support/procedures

Do I need to handle the visa procedures myself?

No, please rest assured that we will work with the administrative scrivener with whom we have a contract to smoothly handle and support visa change procedures and renewals.

What should I do about housing for foreigners I have adopted?

Miroku Staff has a living support system in place, including securing housing near the workplace.
Our staff who can speak various languages ​​will provide comprehensive support from move-in procedures to daily life guidance.

What is the difference between specific skill No. 1 and No. 2?

Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 has a total period of stay of up to 5 years and is basically unable to bring his or her family with him, whereas Specified Skilled Worker No. 2 has no renewal period for his or her period of stay and can be accompanied by his or her family.
