Flow of recruitment and introduction of specific skilled personnelSupporting employment in the shortest route from inquiries

Recruiting foreign human resources involves unique procedures and steps before entering the country.
If you leave it to Miroku staff, you can proceed with complex processes in a simple manner.
Here, we will introduce the entire process from inquiry to actually starting work on site.

5 steps to hiring and starting support

  1. inquiry

Please feel free to contact us by phone or via the form.
We will listen to your company’s human resource shortage situation, your industry/occupation type, desired nationality, etc., and propose the most suitable plan.

  2. Human resource introduction/matching

We will select and introduce candidates who best meet your company’s requirements from a rich talent pool of more than 30,000 temporary staff members and over 1,000 people who have passed the specific skill exam.

  3. online interview

We will conduct an online interview with the candidate.
A Miroku staff representative will be present to support communication, so you can feel at ease even if this is your first time hiring a foreigner.

  4. Application for residence status (visa)

After a hiring decision is made, we will work with our affiliated administrative scrivener to smoothly proceed with visa change and renewal procedures. Significantly reduces the burden of complicated document creation and application work.

  5. Joining the company and starting support

As soon as permission is granted, you will be able to join the company. Miroku staff will begin providing support related to daily life support, such as securing housing near the workplace and life orientation.

Approximate time required for recruitment

Although it varies depending on the type of recruitment (residing in Japan or being brought overseas), the general guidelines are as follows.

  • Recruitment of domestic residents (job change, etc.)

    Approximately 2-3 months (standard)

This includes the period for applying for a change of residence status.

  • Call from overseas

    Approximately 4-6 months (standard)

It depends on the local test situation and call procedure.
