Reasons why Vietnamese human resources are chosen

Vietnamese people are known for their high affinity with Japanese corporate culture.

  1. A young and energetic workforce

The average age of our employees is young, and they have a flexible and energetic attitude toward work, even in workplaces that require physical strength and rapid changes.

  2. Good with hands and quick to learn

The Japanese have traditionally been good at manual labor, and they demonstrate high performance in jobs that require detailed skills, such as cooking, assembling production lines, and construction sites.

  3. Strong upward mobility and desire to learn

A characteristic of our staff is that many of them are enthusiastic about their work because they have a clear sense of purpose: to earn money and acquire skills in Japan for their families.
