The main differences are in “period of stay” and “accompaniment of family members”.
Specified Skilled Worker No. 1 has a total period of stay of up to 5 years and is basically unable to bring his or her family with him, whereas Specified Skilled Worker No. 2 has no renewal period for his or her period of stay and can be accompanied by his or her family.
